RENEWING YOUR eCHALK SERVICE FOR 2010-2011

Every school should have received a Service Order for eChalk for the 2010-2011 school year.

In order to ensure there is no interruption of service, all service orders will need to be signed and returned as soon as possible and no later than June 30, 2010. If we do not have a service order on file for your school by June 30th, your site will be taken down on July 1st.

All schools will receive an invoice in the beginning of July. Purchase orders, checks or P card payments can be processed when the 2010-2011 budgets become available. If you cannot process a purchase order until September that is just fine.

If you need a copy of your service order, please email mwhite@echalk.com.

TECH REQUIREMENT UPDATE: INTERNET EXPLORER 6 NO LONGER SUPPORTED

There is an important change coming to our minimum browser requirements following the release of eChalk Version 11.0 this summer. Internet Explorer 7 will replace Internet Explorer 6 as the minimum supported Web browser for use with our application.

What does this mean for you?

If you are still using Internet Explorer 6 on your school computers, please upgrade to Internet Explorer 7.

If upgrading is not an option, please download the following FREE browsers that can be used with eChalk:

Mozilla Firefox - Click here for the FREE download.

Google Chrome - Click here for the FREE download.

Please note: This does not mean your site will stop functioning if you use IE 6 after 11.0.  However, it does mean that we are no longer testing new functionality on IE 6 so new functionality may not work or perform well in IE 6, and we will be unable to provide fixes for issues experienced in IE 6 after 11.0.
